LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) — A Lancaster County teacher was charged Wednesday after being accused of injuring a girl’s leg, according to police.
The girl was allegedly injured when Shining Stars Childcare teacher Kathryn Taska, 27, of New Providence, put them in a child safety chair on Nov. 3, according to the charges filed by Quarryville Borough Police.
Police said when the girl was picked up by their mother, she was reportedly “inconsolable” and not acting normally. Believing that the girl was suffering from a fever, the mother took her to Penn State Hershey.
