Pennsylvania woman was doing the dishes when finding out she won $1 million

BERKS COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) — One minute, a Pennsylvania woman was going about her day, just doing the dishes, and the next minute, she became a lottery winner.

Debbie Truckermiller, of Berks County, said she was just shopping Saturday, Nov. 1, at the Exeter Township Giant when she decided to get a Pennsylvania Lottery Powerball ticket. It wasn’t until a couple of days later that she discovered she got a winning ticket.
