LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — A Quarryville daycare worker has been charged after police say she broke an infant’s leg.
Kathryn Taska, a teacher at Shining Stars Child Care, allegedly placed the child in a child safety chair Nov. 3 when the girl began crying, Quarryville Police said in an affidavit for Taska.
