17-Year-Old Tossed From Buggy After Lancaster County Hit-Run By Water Authority Employee: PSP

Reyna Mondragon Reza, 41, of Nottingham, was driving east on Ashville Road when she rear-ended the buggy’s rear-left wheel with the front passenger-side bumper of her vehicle around 7:25 a.m. on Thursday, Oct. 10, according to troopers. The impact launched the teen into the air before he landed several feet off the roadway in the grass.

The horse became separated from the buggy and ran southwest across a field, investigators said. The buggy itself traveled farther before coming to rest several yards from where the teen landed.

State police said Reza did not stop and continued driving east on Ashville Road before heading directly to her job at the Chester County Water Authority. Surveillance footage at the facility showed her arriving shortly after the crash with fresh vehicle damage…
