LANCASTER, Pa. — Pennsylvania State Police on Wednesday reminded Thanksgiving travelers to be cautious while on the roadways and warned troopers will increase traffic safety enforcement efforts over the busy holiday weekend.
According to the Troop J barracks, which covers Lancaster, York, and Chester counties, troopers will be focusing on stopping motorists who appear to be operating their vehicles while under the influence of alcohol, driving aggressively, speeding, or driving while distracted.
