YORK COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — This Thanksgiving, the team at Lifepath Christian Ministries isn’t stopping at feeding people in need—they’re also treating shelter pets to a holiday feast.
On Tuesday, as the ministry prepared to serve more than 700 community members for a Thanksgiving Day lunch, it also delivered a special Thanksgiving meal to the dogs and cats at the York County SPCA.
“We consulted the team at the SPCA on ingredients to create a healthy, hearty meal for dogs and cats currently in the shelter,” Lifepath Christian Ministries wrote in a Facebook post. “It looks like it was a success, based on the empty bowls and no leftovers!”…
