A Philadelphia man has been sentenced to eight years of court supervision for helping supply firearms to a multi-county gun-trafficking ring, according to a report.
Emanuel Eduardo Torres, 33, pleaded guilty in Montgomery County Court to participating in the illegal transfer of four guns to Scott Michael Grondin, the leader of a firearms and drug-trafficking organization operating in Montgomery, Delaware, Chester, and Philadelphia counties.
