Driver allegedly involved in high-speed chase tops 124 mph

Chapman Township, Pa. — A York County man led police on a high speed chase on Routes 11/15, putting other drivers in danger as he passed them at 124 mph, police say.

Emanuel Casanova-Rosario, 25, of Stewartstown, faces charges for the alleged incident from Nov. 28.
