Teen charged for role in shooting that mutilated victim’s jaw, shattered teeth: police

LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — An 18-year-old is charged with attempted homicide for his alleged involvement in an incident where a victim was shot in the face, according to charges filed by Lancaster City Police Department.

Charges were filed Tuesday against Keyshawn Williams of Lancaster in connection to the shooting, which happened Oct. 8.

Investigators obtained video that showed another suspect pick up Williams from a W. King Street McDonald’s on an e-bike, and they both rode to Culliton Park, where they encountered a group of males…
