LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. — The Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission held a hearing on Thursday evening to hear the public’s concern over a potential rate hike.
Members of Pa.’s government, as well as their constituents, attended the meeting at Manheim Township Public Library to voice their opinions around the proposed 7% rate hike.
