A man from Mexico was charged Thursday with raping a woman he befriended while working construction at a Lancaster County hotel, according to an affidavit of probable cause.
Strasburg Police on Thursday were dispatched to the Clarion Inn, located at 1400 Historic Drive, for a reported rape.
