The crash happened around 5:23 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 13, at the intersection of Allentown Boulevard and North Oak Grove Road in West Hanover Township (Dauphin County), according to Pennsylvania State Police.
Troopers said a vehicle traveling westbound in the left lane of Allentown Boulevard struck a pedestrian who entered the roadway while crossing the eastbound lanes of traffic. Police noted the pedestrian was moving at a fast pace and stepped into the vehicle’s path.
