Firefighters break window to rescue driver trapped after snowy crash in York County

YORK COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — A driver was able to climb safely out of a snowy wreck that left a car on its roof thanks to the help of Strinestown firefighters.

The Strinestown Community Fire Company said it responded to the crash around 7:18 p.m. Monday near Exit 28 on I-83 south.

Once on scene, first responders found a driver was still trapped inside the vehicle, which had overturned into the woods…
