YORK COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — York Police Captain Daniel Lentz confirmed that 31-year-old Pedro Luis Vega-Rivera, who allegedly kidnapped a 6-month-old girl in November, has been arrested in Columbus, Ohio.
Authorities safely located the missing 6-month-old girl a day after she was taken. The child was listed to be at special risk of harm or injury after a man reportedly took her by force during a domestic dispute.
