WEST MANCHESTER TOWNSHIP, Pa. (WHTM) — The popular chicken finger franchise Raising Cane’s is once again looking to grow its Central Pennsylvania network, this time at the site of a shuttered York County diner.
First, they debuted in Dauphin County in May, then opened in Cumberland County, and now Raising Cane’s is looking to launch a new location in York County.
