A 45-year-old Lancaster County man will spend 20 to 45 years in prison after he was convicted of cutting another man’s throat during an altercation at a bar last year.
A jury found Syeen Hill, of Manor Township, guilty of attempted criminal homicide, aggravated assault, recklessly endangering another person and possession of an instrument of crime following a two-day trial in October. He was sentenced Nov. 24.
