RISING SUN — A Cecil County grand jury has handed up a multi-count murder indictment against a woman accused of killing her 5-week-old baby earlier this month while intoxicated inside a Rising Sun residence, court records indicate.
The suspect — Destiny Faith Chiveral, 24, of Charlestown — is facing seven charges, including first-degree murder, second-degree murder and first-degree child abuse resulting in death of a victim under 13 years old, according to Cecil County Circuit Court records.
