A Lancaster man was sentenced to at least eight years in prison for threatening a bar security guard with a gun, the Lancaster County District Attorney announced.
Devin Edward Garcia-Rogers, 29, of Lancaster City, pled guilty to two felony firearms offenses and misdemeanor charges of simple assault and terroristic threats for a Nov. 23, 2024 incident. He must serve eight years up to 20 years in prison.
Garcia-Rogers was removed from a bar in the 2300 block of Columbia Avenue in East Hempfield Township for disrupting other patrons. Minutes later, shortly after 1:30 a.m., Garcia-Rogers returned to the bar with a handgun…
