A York County man set his home on fire on Christmas with his wife and four-year-old inside, according to a criminal complaint filed by Newberry Township Police.
Jose Manuel Romero-Aguilar, 33, of Newberry Township, was charged with three felonies: aggravated arson, arson and endangering the welfare of children, and a misdemeanor count of reckless endangerment.
Police were dispatched around 8:56 p.m. Dec. 25 to Skyview Mobile Home Park at 300 Ridge Road in Newberry Township for a structure fire. The park has about 100 trailers spaced less than 10 yards apart…
