(WHTM) — Some of the youngest Midstaters rang in the new year their own way this year.
At the State Museum of Pennsylvania, that meant a little earlier for those with bedtimes before midnight. So, instead, families celebrated “Noon Year” with a firefly drop at noon on Wednesday.
