LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — Pennsylvania’s Department of Environmental Protection says another fire has broken out inside the A&M Composting facility in Penn Township, just two days after a fire that had been burning for 20 days was finally extinguished.
CBS 21 spoke to nearby residents on Dec. 19, who were frustrated with the continuous cloud of smoke coming from the facility and concerned about the air quality.
