Arrest warrant issued for man who failed to appear in court for 2024 gun charges

LANCASTER, Pa. — State Police in Lancaster have issued an arrest warrant for a man who failed to appear a court hearing for outstanding firearm charges, according to a police report.

Tyree Warner, 27, reportedly failed to attend a court hearing in October 2024. He faces third-degree felony charges for making a materially false written statement in connection with the purchase, delivery or transfer of a firearm, according to State Police.

Warner’s last known location was on East Chestnut Street in Coatesville, Chester County…
