LANCASTER, Pa. (WHP) — Police in Lancaster City are currently on scene of a crash where a vehicle reportedly struck three people Saturday afternoon.
Dispatch confirmed the crash happened around 5:07 p.m. at the intersection of East Chestnut Street and North Franklin Street.
