Lancaster County couple charged after child overdoses on leftover cocaine residue

EPHRATA, Pa. — A Lancaster County couple is facing child endangerment charges after police determined a 7-year-old child in their care overdosed after encountering cocaine residue that they did not clean in 2024.

Elizabeth Nolan, 30, and Angelo Zeno, 31, both of Ephrata, were charged earlier this month following an investigation by Ephrata Police.
