LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. — A Lancaster County man is in custody after being charged with sexually assaulting two young girls repeatedly over the last 12 years.
Carlos Jimenez-Venegas, 44, of New Holland faces several charges, including rape of a child, aggravated indecent assault of a child, corruption of minors and unlawful contact with a minor.
According to an affidavit written by police, the two victims reported the alleged assaults to Pennsylvania State Police in Lancaster in December.
