BERKS COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — A man has been charged in Reading after police say they found approximately 10 pounds of meth in his car.
According to a release, Reading police initiated a traffic stop on Jan. 7 for Joe Richard Jenkins, 54, who had an expired vehicle registration.
Police say Jenkins failed to stop, leading to a pursuit. Jenkins was taken into custody following the pursuit, when police say they subsequently found the drugs inside the vehicle…
