LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — A woman is facing a strangulation charge after getting agitated at a friend’s Lancaster County apartment, according to police.
On Dec. 28, 2025, Tracy Fritsch, 59, was drinking and dancing in the living room when she grew angry and put her hands around the neck of a minor, making it difficult for her to breathe, Millersville Borough police claimed. Fritsch also reportedly bent the minor’s fingers backward, causing injury.
