Lancaster County woman strangled, bent back fingers of girl, breaking them: Police

Police in Lancaster County on Thursday charged a woman with two misdemeanors after they said she attempted to strangle a girl and bent her fingers backward until they broke.

Around 10:45 p.m. Dec. 28, Millersville Police were dispatched to the 200 block of Lee Avenue for an assault.
