LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) — Body armor, tools for vehicle thefts and a “ghost gun” were found inside a vehicle after police were led on a chase throughout Lancaster County this week, according to court documents.
State Police at Lancaster filed 24 charges, including felony counts of fleeing or attempting to elude officer, receiving stolen property, unlawful body armor and agricultural vandalism against 19-year-old Exavier Velez, of Philadelphia.
Velez is accused of leading police on a high-speed chase that involved spike strips and a PIT maneuver during the early morning hours Wednesday, Jan. 14.
