LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — A Florida man is facing several charges in connection with a reported 2025 conspiracy to forge and cash stolen checks from an Ephrata bank, according to police.
On Nov. 26, Keon Davis, 29, of Fort Lauderdale, allegedly conspired with several others to use stolen driver’s licenses to forge and cash stolen checks, including at Ephrata National Bank in East Earl Township.
Authorities said that one of the conspirators, Jessica Lusher, was arrested that same day, but Davis and others fled the scene. After a nearly two-month-long investigation, Davis was reportedly identified as a conspirator, and an arrest warrant was issued…
