LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) — A Lancaster County man is wanted on charges that accuse him of stealing thousands of dollars from his elderly parents, police say.
Howard Smith, 67, of Lititz, allegedly stole the money after becoming the Power of Attorney of his parents’ finances in 2024, Ephrata Police said Thursday. A warrant was issued for his arrest.
