PENNSYLVANIA — Traffic was heavily backed up Thursday morning following a four-vehicle crash on Route 283 in Lancaster County, authorities said.
The crash occurred at approximately 7:37 a.m. in the eastbound lanes of Route 283 near the Route 722/Landisville exit in East Hempfield Township. An SUV and three sedans were involved in the collision.
According to dispatchers, two people were injured and transported to a hospital. The extent of their injuries was not immediately known…
