Gerald Lee Kurl, 77, of Lititz, also known as “Jerry,” was charged after detectives investigated a reported sex offense tied to the 600 block of W. 3rd Avenue in Warwick Township, Northern Lancaster County Regional Police said.
The juvenile victim told investigators the alleged abuse happened between Sunday, July 13, and Tuesday, Aug. 5, according to police.
