Lebanon city officials gave an update on cleanup efforts and plowing schedules after the weekend snow storm.
Crews will be hauling snow from the following streets from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 27 and Wednesday, Jan. 28:
- Cumberland St. from 5th Ave. to 12th St.
- Walnut St. from 12th St to Lincoln Ave.
- 9th St. from Poplar St. to Maple St.
- 10th St. from Maple St. to Poplar St.
- 8th St. from Orange St. to Maple St.
- Lehman St. from Lincoln Ave. to 14th St.
- 3rd. St. from Cumberland St. to Locust St.
Officials said that motor vehicles are not permitted to be parked on the posted streets until snow hauling and salting operations are completed on both sides of the streets.
“Snow hauling operations will include clean up and salting of the parking lane,” Mayor Sherry Capello said in a release. “Residents and property owners are encouraged to shovel or blow the snow from the sidewalks into the parking lane in the referenced snow removal areas.”…
