Bystanders intervene after man assaults, robs woman in Lancaster County: police

LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — A 68-year-old man has been charged with assault and robbery after an alleged altercation in Pequea Township.

Police say Gary Stoltzfus, of New Providence, Pennsylvania, bit a female in the arm and threw her to the ground while trying to steal her cell phone.
