Lancaster County man charged after dog suffers possible brain damage

LITITZ, Pa. (WHTM) – A Lancaster County man has been charged after police say a dog “suffered possible brain damage and visible head trauma.”

Northern Lancaster County Regional Police say they received a tip from a local veterinarian after an incident involving a French bulldog.
