LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — A man from Caernarvon Township has been charged with making weapons of mass destruction after troopers said they found explosives in his home.
Scott Boley, 56, of Narvon, Pennsylvania, allegedly admitted to troopers on Jan. 20 that he possessed explosive devices, according to charging documents filed by Pennsylvania State Police.
Boley reportedly said he would order “Potassium perchlorate” and “aluminum powder” online. In charging documents, troopers wrote that the combination of these two substances is known as “flash powder, which is a rapidly burning mixture providing the oxidizer and fuel necessary for rapid combustion.”…
