LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — A New Holland man was charged with repeatedly shooting a gun in his apartment in January and having an illegally modified weapon.
During the early hours of Jan. 9, Seth Davies, 33, of New Holland, reportedly fired 10 shots throughout the apartment on the 100 block of East Main Street.
Police were initially called to the home around 1 a.m., but were unable to make contact with him. After his mother permitted them to enter the home, authorities said nearly a dozen shell casings and bullet fragments were found throughout the home, as well as several holes in the walls and a metal cabinet.
