Lancaster Police this week charged a 22-year-old man with aggravated assault and related offenses after he shot a teenage girl during a domestic dispute, according to a police report.
Around 2:15 a.m. Jan. 27, police were dispatched to the 500 block of South Pearl Street for a shots fired call.
