A new restaurant and bar concept that incorporates two existing businesses will open in downtown York on Thursday, Feb. 5, according to a news release.
Splitshift, located in the Rosenmiller Building at 35 W. Market St., will feature breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as late-night hours. It incorporates Roost Uncommon Kitchen and Archetype Pizza into a single concept, the release states.
