MOHNTON, Pa. — As the 25-year anniversary of her murder approaches, State Police on Thursday issued a public appeal for tips to help bring the person who killed Lisa Carabello to justice.
The 40-year-old Berks County woman was murdered in her Mohnton home on Feb. 8, 2001, according to police.
