LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — A Lancaster man is facing several charges in connection with a stalking incident that reportedly happened on Jan. 30.
The victim told Manheim Township police that Jayson Velez-Irizarry, 36, entered a home where they were working without permission.
