Lisa Chamberlain of West Hanover Township totaled her car in a Dec. 11 crash, landing her in a hospital and leaving her without transportation.
The hospital released her Dec. 12, and the next day, she wanted to go to a business about a mile from her home. So she walked.
But she was struck and killed as she tried to cross Route 22, a four-lane highway…
