WATCH | Man lies in road, steals car from good Samaritan who stopped to help: police

DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — A Carlisle man is accused of lying down in the road and then stealing the vehicle of someone who stopped to help him—and video from a neighbor appears to show the whole ordeal.

Police said a call was placed to Dauphin County Communications around 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, reporting that a male was undressing and lying down in the road near 32nd and Wayne streets.
