LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — A code blue alert has been issued in Lancaster and Lebanon Counties.
The Lancaster County Homelessness Coalition and the Lebanon County Coalition to End Homelessness determined Friday that temps were cold enough to issue the alert for unhoused individuals.
