Case against former daycare worker accused of breaking infant’s leg proceeds to Lancaster County Court

LANCASTER, Pa. — A former worker at a Lancaster County daycare center accused of breaking the leg of an infant girl she was caring for last year will have her case proceed to court following a recent preliminary hearing, the Lancaster County District Attorney’s Office said Monday.

At the Jan. 28 hearing, Lancaster County Judge William Mankin ruled there was sufficient evidence for the case against Kathryn Taska to proceed to court.
