A 35-year-old Annville man was sentenced after manufacturing and attempting to sell 28 ghost guns, privately-made firearms without serial numbers.
Hector Colon was sentenced by United States District Judge Jennifer P. Wilson to serve 30 months’ imprisonment, according to the United States Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. The sentence includes 12 months of supervised release and $100 in financial penalties.
