Fireworks cause hay bale fire in Lancaster County

LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM)– Firefighters in Lancaster County tackled a hay bale fire started by fireworks on Sunday night.

The Quarryville Fire Company announced that crews responded to a reported barn fire in the 600 block of Robert Fulton Highway in East Drumore Township shortly after Super Bowl 60 kicked off.

Firefighters arrived on scene to find a pile of large square hay bales with a smoldering fire.
