LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — Police have taken a third teenager into custody for a shooting at a Lancaster Township apartment complex earlier this month.
The shooting happened around 3:50 p.m. Feb. 10 at the Apartment Complex on Dickens Drive, according to the Lancaster Township Police Department. Police previously announced charges against two teens, and on Monday, police said another suspect—17-year-old Keziah Foster—had been arrested and charged as an adult in connection to the incident.
