YORK COUNTY, Pa. — A suspended York County police officer and his wife have pleaded guilty to furnishing alcohol to minors in connection to charges filed last summer.
Elias Martinez, 42, of Dillsburg, and his wife, Shae, were charged in July 2025 after they allegedly served alcohol to their 16-year-old son and others in between the ages of 15 to 17 for over a year, police said.
